Terms of Use & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & confirmation

• A request sent on this website is not yet a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when OH Trendy homes gets in touch to confirm it.
• The apartment is held for you for a short time after you send the request. If the booking is not confirmed, the request is cancelled automatically at no cost to you.
• Please give accurate details (name, phone number, email) so we can reach you to confirm.

2. Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in VND per night; the total for your dates is shown when you book.
• The website takes no online payments. OH Trendy homes explains how to pay when confirming your booking.

3. Check-in & check-out

• Check-in and check-out times and the house rules of each apartment are shown on its page.
• Please present valid ID at check-in for the guest registration required by law.

4. Cancellation policy

The refund terms for direct bookings are given by OH Trendy homes when your booking is confirmed. Please ask before you pay.

5. Guest responsibilities

• Follow the house rules of the apartment and the building.
• Do not exceed the apartment's guest capacity.
• Damage to or loss of property caused by guests is charged at actual cost.

6. Limitation of liability

OH Trendy homes is not liable for indirect damage or events beyond our control (natural disasters, building infrastructure failures, power, water or internet outages from the supplier). If an apartment cannot be provided due to force majeure, we will tell you as soon as possible and work with you on an alternative or a refund of the unused part.

Photos and content on this website belong to OH Trendy homes. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are settled by negotiation first; failing that, by the competent authority.
